Automated Positioning Centrifuge
The automated positioning centrifuge is a new generation intelligent centrifuge specially developed for joint control by the upper computer of the automatic workstation. It is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, communicates via MODBUS, has 485 output, and comes with an intelligent touch-screen for operation and display functions integrated into one. It can be controlled by a single machine or jointly controlled by multiple machines. The rotor load and precise positioning are achieved through a dual-drive system with separate mechanisms, which overcomes the limitation of servo motors not being able to operate at high loads at high speeds, and realizes smooth and stable operation at low speeds and extended high-speed functions, meeting the different speed requirements of various application scenarios within a wider range.

1、Dual-Drive System

The centrifuge employs a dual-drive mechanism, effectively addressing the issue of speed drop under load conditions commonly seen in servo motors. This ensures stable and consistent performance even during high-load operations.

2、7-Inch Touchscreen Display

Equipped with a large 7-inch touchscreen for intuitive and user-friendly operation. The interface allows seamless switching between manual touch control and PC-based control, providing flexibility in operation.

3、Fully Automatic Hidden Sliding Door

Features a custom-sized, fully automatic sliding door driven by a worm gear motor, which offers strong self-locking capabilities. The hidden design ensures a sleek and space-saving appearance.

4、Basket Alignment with Automatic Door

The basket is designed to align with the automatic door, with a 15mm clearance on one side for easy access and handling. It includes both horizontal and vertical limiters to ensure precise positioning and safety.

5、304 Stainless Steel Construction

The inner chamber and all moving joints are made of 304 stainless steel, providing excellent rust resistance and corrosion durability, making it suitable for demanding environments.

6、Rotor Made of Aviation-Grade Aluminum Alloy

The rotor is constructed from 7-series aviation aluminum alloy and undergoes hard anodizing treatment, ensuring high strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.

7、Laser-Based Non-Contact Position Calibration

Position calibration and origin detection are achieved using a non-contact laser sensor, ensuring accurate and reliable position readings without physical wear.

8、RS485 Communication Port with MODBUS Protocol

The centrifuge includes an open RS485 communication port and supports the MODBUS protocol, enabling easy integration with external systems for data exchange and control.

9、USB Communication Port for Upgrades

Rreserved USB port for future use, allowing for software updates, optimization, and additional functionality upgrades.

Remark


1、Fixed-Angle Rotor

Symmetrical Capacity Difference: ≤ 2 grams

For fixed-angle rotors, the weight difference between symmetrically positioned tubes must not exceed 2 grams. This ensures smooth operation and prevents excessive vibration or imbalance during high-speed centrifugation.

2Swing-Out (Horizontal) Rotor

Symmetrical Capacity Difference: ≤ 5 grams

For swing-out rotors, the weight difference between symmetrically positioned buckets or tubes must not exceed 5 grams.

3Cross-Balance Difference: ≤ 200 grams

The total weight difference between opposing buckets or tubes must not exceed 200 grams. This ensures proper balance across the rotor.

4、Customized requirements

The parameters and models of the automated centrifuge can be customized according to customer demands, meeting the needs of more scenarios.
